Motivation
I have a profound love of writing, something I believe I can bring to the Recruiting Team. I want to help nations understand the key concepts of NationStates and the sophisticated systems of The South Pacific, something that this role would allow me to do.
Ideas and Initiatives
I believe encouraging nations to get involved in elections for The South Pacific government and World Assembly is an important thing. In my opinion, if The South Pacific highlighted the importance of Citizenship and the simplicity of applying, it would allow more nations to be engaged with the governmental system, which would in turn make them more involved with the community.Additionally, splitting the Recruiting Team into sub-branches should be considered, as it could improve efficiency while allowing nations to perform their task better.

I am based in the MDT timezone. Depending on the time, I could contribute around 2-5 hours a week. I have a Discord account with the username ithinkimachillguy for coordination. I have some experience with NationStates formatting and the General Assembly: in fact, I had a short tenure as a World Delegate for a region that now Ceases to Exist.
