Summary | The Prime Minister forms a response team.
Reports of a viral infection have been collated and analyzed by the Ministry of Health and Safety at Government Island. The severity and frequency of the reports have given the Ministry reason enough to announce a Level 3 “Moderate” Health Warning across the Coalition, necessitating additional safety precautions at government facilities and encouraging additional measures for all residents to avoid the spread of this yet-unknown disease, nicknamed “Romero”.
The Ministry has recognized the increasing trend even with weaker measures in place, and forwarded a recommendation to the Prime Minister, which has been approved. Therefore, in accordance with Article V, Section 3 of the Charter, the Prime Minister announces the creation of the Health Emergency Response Organization (HERO), with the following duties:
- Tracking all reported cases of Romero,
- Coordinating the procurement and delivery of medical supplies to affected areas,
- Leading the development and distribution of antiviral medication,
- Establishing and maintaining quarantine boundaries,
- Enforcing health measures and detaining rulebreakers as appropriate.
The following individuals are appointed to HERO:
Their appointment shall rank as such from this moment and will remain in effect until relieved by the Prime Minister.
