Motivation
I've been in Foreign Affairs before and I want to get back in the hang of things with school ending.
Approach to the Role
To me, Ambassadors are supposed to strengthen ties between different regions. To a treaty ally, this may be through scheduling joint cultural events or defending sessions. To a friendly region, ambassadors should strengthen and solidify relations with that region, possibly to the point of ending up as treaty allies. To potential rivals, ambassadors should simultaneously keep a high alert on internal affairs with that region to detect any potential changes in ideology/friendliness in the government and try to make relations friendlier with that region.

In regards to your Recruiter application still pending vs Drew’s being accepted before citizenship, Drew has been a prominent member of TSP in the past and has been a citizen before. Since he’s already passed previous CitComm checks the executive does not feel the need to wait for this specific CitComm check to pass before accepting him. Your Recruiter application is still pending awaiting the result of your Citizenship application as you have never had a CitComm check before.

  • Join our Discord server! It’s home to many debates about the best dessert and chances to get yourself your very own lampshade. Now that you’re a citizen, you’ve also gained access to an exclusive role with its own fancy color.
  • Vote in our elections! By default, you’ve been subscribed to notifications in Election Central, where our elections are held. To keep your citizenship active, just make sure to cast a ballot when our elections roll around.
  • Make laws in the Assembly! Our regional legislature is the perfect place for you if you have an interest in lawmaking. You can apply here! (Don’t worry, it’s a much shorter application than this one.)
  • Enlist in our regional military! The South Pacific Special Forces (SPSF) offers fast-paced, dynamic action while protecting innocent regions from invading forces that want to conquer them. To enlist, just fill out the welcome wizard again, but check the box for joining the SPSF!
  • Roleplay your nation! As a reminder, you don’t have to be a citizen to participate in our roleplay! Check out Pacifica for a realistic, modern-tech setting; A1-0 for a science fiction universe, or Aurora for a medieval-era fantasy roleplay.
