As of now, the pending tags on applications coming out of the Getting Involved Wizard are being manually put on. Given how instrumental those tags have been for cabinet members (+ admiralty) to search for unprocessed applications, would it be possible for those pending tags to be added automatically based on the applicant’s selections when the topic is created?
There’s an upstream bug in the custom wizard plugin preventing this setting from being updated.
It looks like a fix landed in commit 2d15be3 but it also broke something else — now we can set one conditional tag but are unable to set more than one.
Automatic citizen-pending tagging should work. If there’s some kind of consensus about which tag to set we can change it.
