The whole number of citizens eligible to vote for Craziest Person of the South Pacific is 73; within that whole number the citizens who cast a vote are 23 and the citizens who cast a valid vote are 23.

The state of the vote for Craziest Person of the South Pacific is as follows:

A sapient llama breaks into the Election Commission Building and steals all the ballots. Left without recourse, the Election Commissioner laments this misfortune by uttering the immortal words: "to be or not to be, that is the question".

This announcement of the state of the vote by the Election Commissioner shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the person elected Craziest Person of the South Pacific and shall be entered, together with the lists of votes cast, on the Election Management Portal.
