There is no hockey in the actual south pacific. Why is it our national sport when the actual South Pacific has zero snow or ice?

…apparently there are some ice hockey places in Australia and New Zealand etc.
…and then I also learned that blocks of ice from further down south occasionally makes their way into the South Pacific, wonder if that counts

Good to see you have been paying attention recently. There is no region in real life where a country campaigns to get elected Prime Minister of a region so why would you base this part off real life and not wipe the entire region?
Also against for the reasons stated by Utopia. Welly Welly would lose their livelihood were this to pass.
