Emerald, Denver, and Emerald-Denver should all be separate, the reason Greenston is Emerald-Denver is due to it being the Unionâs Capital and thus Union Territory.
Realistically, it would be Emerald for New Emral, due to it being a Territory of Emerald, but make sure to add (New Emral) after the fact to clarify where Johnston International Airport would be located.
