Just jump in Ray, we need the volcanoes to erupt again
Like Ikonen said, since your (main) nation has become permanent, you can continue right where you left off the rp with FiHami. You’d only need to reapply with Antarcha, because it has only been deemed referentially significant
Activity Check Q3/2024
Hello,
it is time again for our regular activity check. Just as a reminder, we do those to enforce the rule of “intent to roleplay”. Anyone, where we are unsure they have an intent to roleplay, but are still conformant to all other rules making them eligible for a plot will need to react to this topic within a certain deadline.
The deadline for this activity check is 27 October 2024, 18:00 h Central European Time.
I’d like following persons to react to this topic by reiterating their intent to roleplay and giving information as to when and how they’re planning to involve themselves into our roleplay (sorted by plot number):
- Amoureux (Ellis)
- Xarbraden (Addysaurus)
- Jik/Sa (sroba)
- Repreteop (pirate)
- Dacia (ExtraQuestionary)
- Himitsunosora (zeph)
- Minangrayo (Arcturus_Akh)
- Ardenfontein (Cat3310)
- Mahazhovia (sorna)
- Luzhnychka (Novi_Plant)
- Fauderland (Folkmann)
Non-reaction will lead to you losing your plot(s). We will also reserve the right to deny granting you a plot on the regional map again, in case you reapply, except you make believable, you are going to roleplay regularly. Should you currently be eligible for an additional plot, your cooldown timer will likely be reset in case of re-application (at the cartographer’s discretion).
Following persons shall react to this topic as written above or post something roleplay-related at least once between now and the above deadline:
- Croaktia (DanielRD105)
- Sugovia
- Ateemara/Katriini (killermantiss)
- Litradi (No One)
- Daristowa/Fatiniyaa (Fatiniyah)
Non-conformancy will lead to you losing your plot(s). We will also reserve the right to deny granting you a plot on the regional map again, in case you reapply, except you make believable, you are going to roleplay regularly. Should you currently be eligible for an additional plot, your cooldown timer will likely be reset in case of re-application (at the cartographer’s discretion).
Thank you for your attention and continued compliance to our map claiming rules.
If you weren’t mentioned in one of the lists above, you are safe and do not need to react in any way to this activity check. If your nation is NIR’ed or CTE’ed you may still be subject to deletion after the activity check is over though.
Heyo. So i started uni and honestly don’t think i have the time to be active in pacifica, especially since i have a partial test literally 2 days before the deadline. Hence i will ask for Ateemara and Katriini to be removed from the map, something i probably should have done sooner. Might return to pacifica some day but for now I’ll just stick to A1-0
Since it’s about a day before the activity check ends, try @-ing people so they’ll get a notif.
(Could also be used for future activity checks)
It’s on purpose this is not done.
@LordGianni sorry for the ping but I noticed my country was removed for inactivity. I’ve made edits on the wiki (latest was Elbonian conflict (Pacifica) - TSP Encyclopedia) and was told by Weiss (I think thats what you guys call him?) I should inform you
Thx in advance
You were not removed…
Then why does your post in the map thread clearly state that he was removed for failing the activity check?
Because apparently I made a mistake when copy/pasting.
The map and Wiki still show Sugovia as existing however. Sorry for the confusion.
@LordGianni how do you make a nation permanent?
By having roleplays where your nations has such an effect on the overall canon that its removal would mean restructuring, usually something to do with world history.
Does it mean like taxes on crucial shipping lanes (which could mean new explorations,) war changes, and stuff like that?
I guess, most nations gained their permanent status with the Great War iirc
The last permanent nation update was this post, which also sheds a little light on how/why we decided for permanency statuses of countries.
Oh alr, my bad
Thx again!
