@Appointment of Eternal Raven as OWL Director with Cabinet Status

In accordance with the WA Act, I hereby nominate @eternalraven213 in their capacity as OWL Director to be a member of the Cabinet.

Raven has been very active and driven as OWL Director, and with the number of projects they have discussed implementing I would like them as a member of the Cabinet to improve communication between OWL and the rest of the executive.
