V. THE EXECUTIVE

(2) The Prime Minister may appoint a Cabinet that consist of ministers under the following provisions: There may be a Cabinet to aid and advise the Prime Minister, which shall consist of ministers appointed by the Prime Minister with the approval of the Assembly prior to entering office.

a. Appointed members of the Cabinet must receive confirmation from the Assembly prior to entering office.

b. The Prime Minister may relieve a Cabinet member of their position at their discretion.

(3) Ministers shall hold office at the pleasure of the Prime Minister or until the Prime Minister ceases to hold office.

c. (4) The Prime Minister will define the role the an appointed minister will occupy upon nomination to the Assembly.

d. (5) The Prime Minister may delegate their statutory powers, but not their responsibility, to their an appointed deputy as needed.
