There has been a seconded motion to amend the Elections Act to limit voting in the gameside round of the Delegate election to members whose WA nation is located in TSP when nominations open or who are on deployment with the SPSF. The debate topic can be found here.


INFORMATION

This is an amendment to constitutional legislation. According to the Legislative Procedure Act, this vote shall require a majority greater than 60% to pass. The voting period will be 5 days, thus concluding on Sunday, September 28th.

This vote on amend the Elections Act to limit voting in the gameside round of the Delegate election to members whose WA nation is located in TSP when nominations open or who are on deployment with the SPSF required a 60% supermajority of votes in favour, excluding abstentions, to pass.
