@Legislators of the South Pacific,

There has been a seconded motion to adopt the two seperate amendments 1 & 2 of the proposed Delegate Election Rescheduling Amendment. The debate thread can be found here.

INFORMATION

These two amendments are both to the Elections Act, a constitutional law, according to the Legislative Procedure Act requiring a majority greater than 60% to pass. The voting period will be 5 days, thus concluding on Fri May 19 2023 19:30:00 UTC (20:30 in London, 15:30 in New York, 05:30 on May 20 in Sydney).
