There has been a seconded motion to amend the Cultural Act. The debate thread can be found here.

This is an amendment to general legislation, according to the Legislative Procedure Act requiring a majority greater than 50% to pass. The voting period will be 3 days, thus concluding on Mon Jan 30 2023 02:00:00 UTC (02:00 in London, 21:00 on Jan 29 in New York, 13:00 in Sydney).

This amendment required a 50% majority of votes in favour, excluding abstentions, to pass. The results are tabled as follows:
