I’ve been here for over a year, I’ve never made a flag for any of my nations/factions. Tho I guess the USPR just has a copy paste of the Soviet flag.
Just so you know, your flag doesn’t have to be a “flag”, and you can kinda forego certain rules of vexillology.
This is the Confluence’s representative symbol (aka flag), for example.

Just make one that’s distinctive enough so it can be easily recognized (and possibly also be pleasing to look at), and you’ll be fine. :]
