Esteemed Chair and Legislators,

I appear before you today to nominate @Heliseum to the Admiralty of the Special Forces:

Heliseum is a Captain in the Special Forces and has within a short time distinguished themselves as a valued leader in our regional military, learning diligently from Admiral Concrete Slab while also setting and delivering on key goals as Minister of Defence. This has given them a unique perspective as both sailor and leader, and an appreciation for the role that the Special Forces play both at home and abroad, and the needs that our military has to fulfill its key mission. While their record is short in terms of time served, they more than make up for it by their sheer level of dedication and their ability to rapidly consider information and make the right calls for the Special Forces and the South Pacific.

I firmly believe that Heliseum is qualified for this role and humbly request the advice and consent of the Assembly on this matter.

A very well-deserved appointment.

Speaking as a fellow Captain in the SPSF, I’ve seen firsthand Heli’s competence and dedication. Whether it’s answering applications promptly, deducing influence formulas, or tirelessly training new recruits, he has brought a lot of great energy to the SPSF.
