Sorry that I missed this earlier, but I think that we should not use “the first round of Delegate Elections” and “the election” interchangeably. The proposed amendment refers to conducting “the election” in three phases, when it should refer to conducting the first round of the election in three phases.
I know it’s pedantic but I also happen to know from experience that it’s mattered before.
