May I ask why debate time should be waived? Is there some imminent and urgent issue that requires Welly to be Chair?

Immenent sure; not necessarily urgent. In any case, the motion is moot.
I would prefer to at least wait for Welly to post their agenda before we vote on Henn’s resolution.
