I wouldn’t say anything has changed in your draft to assuage those concerns. If anything, the fact that those issues remain despite drafts makes me worry even more that this draft may be unsalvageable.
And what do you think should be done to solve these issues? In my view, it seems that they were controlled, but other points of view are essential.
You are probably asking the wrong person. I don’t think this bill is necessary to begin with.
