I started playing NationStates by the end of 2021, a few days before 2022 struck.

I already replied to your other introduction post, but we do have a very established roleplay area here on the forums that I think you would enjoy greatly! As for chilling, we do that just about everywhere, but the Lampshade Bar and Grill is definitely the best spot for that!
