The UPRAN condemns the use of chemical weapons in Visrodin

In the evolving situation of the now three-week Visrodin Civil War between the institutional government and the uprisen socialists faction of the SRA, the use of pesticides as weapons in the country has been condemned by the UPRAN government.
The move by the army of the Kingdom of Visrodin has been answered in a condemnation stating, quote: "the use [by the Visrodin government] of pesticides as a weapon constitutes an attack as cruel and inhumane as the use of chemical weapons, a practice that should have been shunned and vanished decades ago.
The Prytanis of the United Provinces, as the president of the federation and highest commander of the UPRAN forces, in compromise with his duty of protecting the sovereignty of the federation and its citizens, sees himself responsible for any future action to follow these duties, be it through executive or military methods provided to him by the Constitution.
As such, the government of the Kingdom of Visrodin must be warned that in the case that the horrors of the war extend into sovereign or allied frontiers, the government of the United Provinces will see itself forced to act in accordance to protects its interests, territories and citizens."
