My fellow citizens,

Earlier today, the Federal Police Agency confirmed the discovery of seventeen murdered men and women in Mitayyal River National Park, in eastern Krautallaz. All seventeen victims were ethnically Mitalldukish. The manner in which their bodies were found— bound, hanged, mutilated with deliberate disrespect to their cultural death rites— constitutes one of the most horrific acts of racial violence our nation has witnessed in a generation.

Let me begin by expressing, on behalf of the entire nation, my deepest condolences to the families of the victims, to the Mitalldukish community, and to all those shaken by this monstrous act. The grief you carry is the grief of an entire Federation. We mourn with you. We stand with you.

Federal investigators have already determined that this was not a random attack.

The evidence strongly suggests a racially motivated mass killing, carried out with clear intent and chilling symbolism. Such violence is not only a crime; it is an affront to the very core of who we are as a Federation and a stain on the dignity of every person who calls Krauanagaz home.

So let me speak plainly this evening:

There is no place in this nation for ethnic hatred. There is no justification for targeting any community, not now, not ever. We will not allow terror, intimidation, or bigotry to fracture the bonds that hold us together, especially in this moment of national strain.

I have been briefed by the Director of the Federal Police Agency and the Attorney General. Effective immediately, I have ordered the following actions:

A full-scale federal investigation led jointly by the FPA, the Department of Justice, and the FPA Hate Crimes Response Unit.

The deployment of additional federal security personnel throughout the region to ensure the protection of vulnerable communities.

The activation of a rapid-response forensic task force to accelerate identification of the victims and deliver answers to their families as swiftly and respectfully as possible.

Coordination with local and provincial authorities to monitor for potential retaliatory violence and to safeguard public order.

To those responsible for this atrocity, hear me clearly:
We will find you.
We will bring you to justice.
And you will face the full weight of federal law.

This crime does not represent who we are. But how we respond, together, will define who we choose to be. In moments like this, fear can take root. But so can resolve. So can unity. And so can courage.

So I ask every citizen tonight to choose compassion over suspicion, solidarity over division, and vigilance over complacency. If you have information, no matter how small, please come forward. Your cooperation may save lives.

The days ahead will be difficult. But I have absolute faith in this nation; in our resilience, our institutions, and in the overwhelming majority of people who reject hatred and embrace our shared future.

May the victims be remembered with dignity and honor.
May their families find peace and solace.
And may our nation meet this darkest of hours with clarity, justice, and strength.

Thank you.
May our Federation forever stand, united.
