I mean after Indian (Jai Ho) and Italian, Chinese just hits you at the right spot. It’s sweet, spicy… everything I like.

Hard to say, I’ve not flown on many airlines. Garuda has kind flight attendants so maybe them.

I have flown in like 3 airlines in my entire life (which is pretty short to be fair) and I’d say Singapore Airlines but I don’t think I have the expertise for this question.
