Andalas Plans to Open Up Major Seaports amid Economic Reforms and New Trade Laws after Centuries of Refusing Modernization

The Nation of Andalas, historically known as Minangrayo which changed names to make a more ethnoneutral state, has made huge technological advancements and is progressing into opening it’s borders and waters for international trade. Emphasizing it’s geographical advantage of being a peninsula at the western edge of the continent in a central latitude within the continent, the Datuak Agung of Andalas has chosen it’s capital of Biduakpincalang and Bailtem’s westernmost city of Koto Harmoni to be developed into a major international trade gateway towards other regions westward of the South Pacific while also being a “rest area” for ships that pass through the Western Coast of Bailtem.

BREAKING: Mitalldukish Provisional Government Announces Elections in Government-Controlled Areas

Med Karazh, Mitallduk — The Mitalldukish Provisional Government, established after the collapse of the Mitalldukish government in May 2024, has announced that it will hold elections in areas under its control, marking the first electoral process since the fall of the previous regime and the subsequent consolidation of power by the rival TPA-PV coalition and other rebel factions.

The announcement, made early this morning by a spokesperson for the Provisional Government’s leadership council, represents a significant escalation in the ongoing struggle for legitimacy between the Provisional Government and the TPA-PV coalition, which controls much of the country and has aligned itself with Zuhlgan.

“After months of consultation with community leaders, civil society organizations, and religious authorities, the Provisional Government has determined that the time is right to begin the process of restoring civilian governance in areas under our control,” the statement read. “Elections will be held in all government-controlled provinces, beginning with municipal elections in the Med Karazh region, to be followed by provincial and national elections in the coming months.”

The statement provided few details about the timeline or structure of the proposed elections, but sources within the Provisional Government indicate that the first round of voting could take place as early as September 2026. According to the announcement, the elections would be open to “all citizens of Mitallduk residing in government-controlled areas” and would be overseen by a newly established Provisional Electoral Commission.

The announcement is widely seen as a direct challenge to the TPA-PV coalition, which has controlled much of Mitallduk since the collapse of the previous government. The TPA-PV coalition has faced mounting internal and external pressure to demonstrate legitimacy, particularly following its controversial agreement with Zuhlgan that granted the Dominion sovereignty over Aka Island in exchange for military and humanitarian aid.

“The Provisional Government is positioning itself as the legitimate alternative to the TPA-PV coalition,” said Dr. Halvek Risan of the Cordilian Institute for Strategic Studies. “By holding elections, they are attempting to build a foundation of democratic legitimacy that the TPA-PV— with its reliance on Zuhlgani support and its history of suppressing dissent— cannot easily match. This is a political offensive, not just an administrative procedure.”

The announcement has been met with immediate skepticism from the TPA-PV coalition, which has condemned the elections as a “sham” and accused the Provisional Government of attempting to “divide Mitallduk for the benefit of foreign powers.”

“There is no legitimate government in Mitallduk except the one that controls the territory,” a TPA-PV spokesperson said in a statement. “These so-called elections are a publicity stunt by a rump government that holds no real authority and is trying to undermine the unity of Mitallduk.”

Krauanagaz, which has consistently supported the Provisional Government as a counterweight to the TPA-PV coalition, welcomed the announcement and pledged to provide technical assistance to ensure the elections are free and fair.

“The people of Mitallduk deserve a genuine opportunity to choose their leaders, free from coercion and intimidation,” a Krauanagazan State Department spokesperson said. “The Federation stands ready to support the Provisional Government in its efforts to restore democratic governance.”

The World Forum has also welcomed the announcement but called for “full transparency, independent observation, and the inclusion of all political factions in the electoral process, including those outside government-controlled areas.” The Forum reiterated its demand for unrestricted access to Mitallduk for humanitarian aid and electoral monitors.

Zuhlgan, which has been a primary backer of the TPA-PV coalition, has not issued an official response to the announcement, though sources within the Dominion indicate that the decision is being reviewed with concern.

A local taxi driver arrived at the wrong address. Intending to pick up Mis. Taranya-dea Kaho, a Manager of District K2, he picked up a man who has requested to remain anonymous.

Despite the man having no qualifications and being employed at the local Huwa’maa (Huwa-Mart) as a cashier and bag boy, he attended the meeting with people just assuming dea-Kaho had switched her seat.

He did wonderfully, and there is a serious local campaign to elect him as a manager of that district.

BREAKING: Increased Activity at Executive Office Building in Yayyára, Numerous Defense Officials Seen Arriving

Yayyára, Krauanagaz— The Executive Office Building (EOB) in Yayyára has seen a significant surge in activity this evening, with multiple unmarked vehicles observed entering the secured compound and senior military officers seen arriving for what sources describe as “an unscheduled high-level consultation.”

Witnesses reported seeing several armored SUVs and military staff carriers entering the EOB grounds beginning around 3:30 PM local time, with a noticeable increase in security checkpoints and restricted access to surrounding streets. Military personnel in dress uniforms were observed entering the building in small groups, some carrying briefing materials and secure communication equipment.

The Federation Security Council typically convenes at the EOB for emergency sessions, though no official statement has been issued regarding the nature of the gathering. Defense analysts note that the time of the meeting is unusual for routine administrative business.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that Secretary of Defense Haratal N’gevayya had been seen arriving at the EOB just after 4:00 PM, followed shortly thereafter by FPA Director Janala Kraik and several senior military commanders.

There has been no comment from President Thalira Renkara’s office. The President has not been seen publicly since earlier today, when she attended a campaign event in Alkantara. It is unclear whether she is at the EOB or elsewhere.

The Federation Department of Defense has not issued any statement regarding troop movements or readiness levels. However, a senior administration source, speaking on condition of anonymity, indicated that “nothing is routine” about the evening’s activity.

DEVELOPING: EOB Activity Escalates as Security Council Convene in Emergency Session; Krauanagaz Raises Defense Alert Level

Yayyára, Krauanagaz — The Executive Office Building (EOB) in Yayyára remains on heightened alert this evening as what began as an unscheduled military consultation has escalated into what multiple sources confirm is a full emergency session of the Federation Security Council, with senior defense officials, intelligence directors, and military commanders now confirmed to be in attendance.

The level of activity at the EOB has intensified significantly since our earlier report, with additional armored convoys observed arriving at the compound, and increased helicopter activity reported in the airspace above the capital. Security has been further tightened, with multiple blocks surrounding the EOB now closed to civilian traffic.

While the Federation government has not issued an official statement, multiple sources have confirmed the presence of the following senior officials at the EOB including Secretary of Defense N’gevayya, reportedly accompanied by senior military aides. FPA Director Kraik, who was observed entering with briefing materials, alongside Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Hugo Midkalla, who a source indicates was “summoned urgently.” Notably, the Director of National Intelligence, Vela Korinth, arrived later in the evening, an unusual appearance at the EOB.

Sources within the Federation Security Council indicate that President Thalira Renkara is participating via secure video link from an undisclosed location, rather than being physically present at the EOB. The President has not been seen publicly since her campaign event in Alkantara earlier today.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that the Federation’s defense readiness level has been elevated to DEFCON 3— the highest peacetime defense alert level. If confirmed, this would represent a significant escalation and would suggest that the Federation is preparing for a potential military response to a credible threat.

The Krauanagazan military has not issued any statement regarding troop movements, but sources in the Defense Department suggest that “precautionary measures” have been implemented at several bases along the border with Zuhlgan and in the vicinity of Krautallaz Province.

“The building is full of people who do not normally occupy the same room at the same time,” a senior administration source told our reporter. “Whatever is happening, it is not routine. And it is not going to wait until morning.”

The increased military activity at the EOB has already sparked concern among the public and international observers. Social media is flooded with speculation, and news outlets across Southern Cordilia are covering the developments closely.

The World Forum has reportedly requested an urgent briefing from Krauanagazan officials, though no formal communication has been confirmed. Okhoa has expressed “concern” and is monitoring the situation. Zuhlgan has not issued any public statement regarding the EOB activity.

In Krauanagaz, the Federal Police Agency has urged citizens to “remain calm” and to avoid the EOB area pending further notice. No evacuation orders or shelter-in-place advisories have been issued.

BREAKING: Gunfire Reported Near Krauanagaz-Zuhlgan Border as Coup Rumors Swirl in Ozákla

Ozákla, Zuhlgan— Reports of sustained gunfire emanating from inside Zuhlgan near the Krauanagazan border have prompted heightened alert along the frontier, while unconfirmed rumors of an ongoing coup attempt in Ozákla continue to circulate among diplomatic and intelligence sources.

Krauanagazan residents in the border town of Zpritz reported hearing automatic weapons fire and explosions coming from the Zuhlgani side of the Zaraki Corridor beginning around 9:00 PM local time. The sounds reportedly continued intermittently for over an hour, with some residents describing “heavy exchanges” and “what sounded like artillery or mortar fire” in the distance.

“We heard gunfire, then more gunfire, then what sounded like explosions— big ones,” said a resident of Zpritz who spoke to this reporter. “We have not heard anything like this since the fighting last year. Everyone is scared. No one knows what is happening.”

The Krauanagazan Defense Department confirmed that it has detected “unusual activity” on the Zuhlgani side of the border and has increased surveillance along the entire frontier. However, officials declined to provide further details, citing operational security.

“We are monitoring the situation closely,” a Defense Department spokesperson said. “Our forces remain on heightened alert. We urge residents in border areas to remain indoors and report any unusual activity to authorities. No incursion has been confirmed at this time.”

Federal Police Agency (FPA) units have been deployed to border communities as a precautionary measure, though no evacuation orders have been issued. The Krauanagazan military has not yet released a statement regarding any potential troop movements.

Simultaneously, diplomatic sources in Ozákla have reported widespread rumors of an ongoing coup attempt against the government of Arkava Ga’klar Ibinete IV. The rumors, which have spread rapidly through diplomatic channels and social media, remain unconfirmed and are being treated with caution by international observers.

According to sources within the diplomatic community, the rumors suggest that elements of the Zuhlgani military and internal security apparatus have moved against the Arkava in response to the ongoing crisis surrounding the National Direction Conference and the Arkava’s reported intention to deliver a major speech. Some reports indicate that fighting has broken out in and around the Arkaval Residence, though these claims have not been independently verified.

“We are hearing reports of a significant security incident in Ozákla, but we cannot confirm any details at this time,” a World Forum spokesperson said. “We are in contact with our mission on the ground and are monitoring the situation closely.”

Zuhlgani state media has not issued any statements regarding the rumors. The Zuhlgani government has not commented on the reports of gunfire near the border or the alleged coup attempt.

The World Forum has called for “restraint and calm” and has urged all parties in Zuhlgan to resolve any internal disputes through peaceful dialogue. The Forum has also requested that Zuhlgani authorities provide immediate clarification on the situation.

Krauanagaz has not issued an official response to the reports, though President Thalira Renkara’s office is reportedly monitoring the situation closely. The Federation Security Council, which had already been convened at the Executive Office Building in Yayyára earlier this evening, is said to have been briefed on the developments.

Okhoa has expressed “deep concern” and has urged all regional actors to “avoid actions that could lead to further destabilization.”

The Keylo-Izaakian Football Association, Brodlancian FA and Montacian FA announce the creation of the KIU Super League and the KIU Super Men’s League. The leagues will take the top 20 teams from across the top three leagues, with the champions of the three national leagues being promoted to the Super League every season.

Additionally, teams that finish 2nd to 4th in each of the three national leagues will qualify for play offs to win the 4th promotion spot.

Relegation spots in the lower leagues will be decreased from 3 to 2+ Super league relegation, so if 4 super league teams were relegated into the Montacian league, all Montacian leagues would have relegation of the bottom 6 teams, with those teams being replaced by the 4 teams relegated from the league above, and 2 promoted from the league below.

Equally, if a Montacian team were to win the play offs, 3 teams will be promoted instead of 1 from all lower Montacian leagues.

The formation of the super league has come with a £4.8 billion domestic TV deal for both Women’s and Men’s football, with the Cosmos Network backing itself to make football more popular in the KIU.
