The details of the dispatch has been released by the MFA, revealing that it was President Aleksey Boroshilov himself who penned the letter. Here are some key points.
“While our two nations have not always seen eye to eye, I(president Boroshilov) harbour a deep appreciation and respect to Izaakia and her peoples…”
“Despite differences in Termina, No Kliegmean has shot at an Izaakian, and no Izaakian has shot at a Kliegmean. The MoD and I(ditto) intend to keep it that way, and will do utmost to the quickest resolution to the Terminan crisis…”
“An appreciation to the armed forces of the Keylic-Izaakia Union…”
A common theme was that Kliegme does not want any tensions with Izaakia. In an interview conducted months prior, President Boroshilov has stated that he “believes a conflict with Izaakia will be a major failure for his foreign policy, and a disservice to Kliegme’s CE allies, who did not invite Kliegme to the alliance because they wanted to go to war with a military power.”
Perhaps due to this, Kliegme has focused its efforts in Termina against the Nationalists, with the majority of actions against the “STPG” being to improve its image among them and broker a ceasefire between it and the internationally recognised government of Termina.

Meanwhile in Termina, the 9th Army Command has stated that it has secured the approaches to the nationalist city of Oceanus, and will give ample opportunity for a negotiated surrender and an evacuation of its civilians.

Prydon - A maglev unit derailed on the Aetrinun-Zapaddronie commuter line at 8 am this morning. 6 people are reportedly killed, and 126 others injured, with 8 in critical condition. Director of the Republic, Pyotr Vestovie, had visited patients of the accident this afternoon accompanied by Mrs. Vestovie in Maria Rosa General Hospital, Zapaddronie.

The Keylo-Izaakian President Scarlet Blanc has thanked President Boroshilov for his letter. The President agreed that it would be undesirable for the Keylo-Izaakian armed forces to directly engage with Kliegmean armed forces and commended the Kliegmean and Keylo-Izaakian armed forces for their diligent efforts to avoid engagement in the field.
The President said that she agrees a diplomatic solution between the STPG and the TCC is a desirable outcome, however, the TCC has shown itself to be an ineffective government and therefore destabilising to the region. She said that the outcome of the war must result in a stronger and more effective federal power structure that can rein in the rogue city states, and prevent companies like Point Rain and Terra Firma from acting irresponsibly with its borders.

The Polxian king resign
After the OLEE decision, The people of Polxia refuse the outcome and force the king (Jean II aka Jean Surli) resign. They also takes independance and send an ultimatum to the Axian governement that if they didn’t recognise Polxia as independant, they would invade Axia to prove their are independant.
The chief of Axian defense declared that they won’t recognise them.
Jean Surli dissolute Poluxia to rename them Axia because he considered that is an reject of the personal union meaning that he annex Polxia.
Now, we’ll wait to see what will happen in the next hours.

The Coraline of Halora has issued “A Decree Outlining the Rights of the Peasantry”, which have instated a new “wealth tax” for those who do not own land but accumulate more than 500 Haloran Fihuahe. It also protects the land of the Haloran nobility after the debacle between the new Amarine-Igurika noble family and the Kostana noble family which resulted in the death of 57 citizens. The Coraline explained the wealth tax as a need to pay for repairs of major roads used by Halorans with vehicles.

Raz Couav- the “RIce Reaper,” has its first confirmed cases in Ikaranara, and efforts to mitigate it have fallen short due to lack of resources. The Andreian Investigation Bureau still hasn’t published any new information about the recent terrorist attacks that have scarred the Empire.
For everyone who hasn’t heard the news, following March 20th 2026, 8 terrorist attacks, all claimed by Vulcanbonian separatists, have occured across major cities and infrastructure of the country.
The latest, happening just last week, has claimed the lives of 3 people and left 16 injured, after an explosive was detonated in a subway train in Granporto.
The Vulcanbonian Parliament denounced the attacks, but the AIB is still running investigations on some of its members.
Vulcanbonian separatists committing terrorist attacks sadly is nothing new in the Empire, but seeing 8 happen in a row after 40 years of peace has raised fear and doubt.
Many considered Vulcanbonia’s attempts at independence a thing of the past, especially after the 1992 Autonomy Laws, that extended the powers of the Vulcanbonian and Aranzian parliaments greatly due to the two regions’ long history of independence and unique cultures.
The lack of new information from the AIB has brought many people to suspect that someone within the bureau is cooperating with the terrorists, including politicians from multiple parties.
The Prime Minister and the Emperor still haven’t released statements regarding the investigations, though they have clearly stated their condemnation of the attacks, with the Emperor having even visited the victims of all 8 attacks.
