I didn’t say it’s a legal requirement? And I also didn’t ask for the contents of any of these discussions? I’m just asking how many CRS members discussed it, who those members where, and ideally at least a rough idea of when they participated in the discussion.
At the end of the day, if the CRS isn’t willing to disclose which of its members were actually active in this discussion, then that’s that. I’m sure people can speculate about why it’s perfectly acceptable to disclose that the CRS ‘participated at all times’ in the joint discussion with the Delegate and PM, and yet unacceptable to disclose which CRS members that statement actually refers to. But it’s all just speculation!
