I go to college out-of-state, which really doesn’t help. My annual tuition would’ve only been roughly 11k had I been an in-state student. Arghhh

Unfortunately not. To qualify my parents would have to reside in-state, or I’d either need a job that pays half of my annual tuition or own real property in the state.
