This campaign focused primarily on building a strong culture of government accountability and strengthening our regional culture as the centrepiece of our recruitment and retention efforts. I will begin with the former by clearly outlining the agenda for the term and releasing monthly reports that account for our progress and setbacks. Hopefully there will also be other more regular opportunities to engage with the Assembly and the region in all three venues so that the government isnāt a nebulous body that dictates from above, but a partner who leads alongside citizens.
I am holding discussions with Prime Minister Henn to ensure a smooth transition and also discussing with a variety of officials and citizens to ensure that we build a strong and capable team of ministers, deputies, and advisors. It is my hope that over the next few days I will be able to nominate ministers to the Assembly for debate and confirmation. If you have ideas you wish to propose or want to offer your assistance to implement things, please feel free to reach out. Iām always happy to talk things out and see how we can work together.
In terms of strengthening our regional culture, I want to issue an open call to all who have ideas or areas of interest so that they can reach out and we can have a discussion on how to implement them. I already have some ideas in mind in terms of festivals and cooperative events, but I am just one person and Iām sure others can have even more interesting thoughts. How can we give roleplay a more visible and dynamic role in the region? How can we better celebrate the vibrancy of our gameside community? How can we leverage our culture to hold joint festivals with our foreign partners?
The effort to strengthen our culture must also involve, indirectly, having a strong policy toward OWL and rethinking how we handle our admissions process. I look forward to a strong discussion with the key participants in both fronts so that we can develop those areas and ensure that they arenāt just one aspect of the region but rather key aspects that help drive our culture forward.
Keen observes will notice that this is a very domestic-oriented message, and true enough I have not devoted much space to discussing foreign and military affairs. I admit that culture and regional development are my personal passions, but rest assured that I fully intend to appoint a Minister of Foreign Affairs and a Minister of Defence and to outline in concert with them a term agenda that serves our interests.
Finally I wish to thank UnitedDisneyStates for a strong campaign. They brought good ideas to the table and identified key issues within the region that do deserve attention and I hope to sit down with them over the next few days to discuss how we can work together to make the region better.
Thank you!
Kris Kringle
