After some abuse with the special law II, with authorization of the Article I of the Hill treaty, The Referendum office call a referendum for revoteb this special law.
REMEMBER THE SPECIAL LAW II is unrepealable BUT, as this a revote the special law is not repeal it will be consider that it never exist.
REMEMBER 2
THE ONLY OFFICIAL WAY TO REPEAL THIS ARTICLE IS JUSTICE (ARTICLE IV)
REFERENDUM DURATION 2 DAYS.
