The Grand Jury charges that IKER BARRAN, on or about 02/03/22-07/28/23, in the CAPITOL DISTRICT within the LUTEZZIK FEDERATION, did knowingly and willfully commit the following offenses, in violation of the the Federation Security Act of 2011, FSL222.21, FSL222.21D, FSL30.3D, Federation Employees Standards Act, Sedition and Treason Act of 1928 and; The Truth Act of 1906.
COUNT 1: ESPIONAGE
On or about 5-07-22, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did knowingly and willfully transmit, deliver, or communicate, directly or indirectly, information relating to the national defense with the intent and reason to believe that the information would be used to the injury of the Federation or to the advantage of a foreign nation.
COUNT 2: THEFT OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY
On multiple occasions between 02-10-22 to 06-20-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did unlawfully and knowingly steal and carry away government property, specifically classified documents 12NRC3332, 12NRC3333, 12NRC3334, 12NRC3339, 12NRC3379; And other classified documents pertaining to Federation nuclear safety standards and transportation procedures and routes which belonged to the Federation.
THERE ARE FORTY SIX (46) ADDITIONAL COUNTS OF THIS CHARGE.
COUNT 49: IMPROPER HANDLING OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION
On or about 03-22-22, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did knowingly and willfully mishandle classified information, specifically 12NRC3332, 12NRC3333, 12NRC3334, 12NRC3339, 12NRC3379, FEDTS120, FEDTS3943, FEDTS9784, FEDTS0081, FEDSCI192, FEDSCI9992, FEDSCI1021, FEDSCI885, FEDSCI8392 and; FEDSCI3821 without proper authorization.
THERE ARE FORTY SIX (46) ADDITIONAL COUNTS OF THE CHARGE.
COUNT 96: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-27-23 and; 07-28-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 97: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-27-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 98: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-27-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 99: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-27-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 100: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-28-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 101: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-28-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 102: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-27-23 and; 07-28-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 103: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
On or about 07-27-23 and; 07-28-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did corruptly obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding, to wit, a federal investigation into the theft of government property and improper handling of classified information.
COUNT 104: CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT THEFT OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY
On or about 03-12-22, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did conspire with others to commit the offense of theft of government property, in violation of Federation Security Act of 2011.
COUNT 105: CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER
On or about 06-30-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did conspire with others to commit the offense of murder, in violation of FSL222.21A and; FSL222.21D.
COUNT 106: CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD THE GOVERNMENT
On or about 06-05-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did conspire with others to commit the offense of defrauding the government, in violation of FSL30.3D.
COUNT 107: DOMESTIC TERRORISM
On or about 06-30-23, within the jurisdiction of the Federation, Iker Barran, the defendant, did engage in acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the Lutezzik Federation, with the intent to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, influence the policy of the government of the Federation, or affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.
WHEREFORE, FEDERATION DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE requests that IKER BARRAN be summoned to appear and answer the charges before this Honorable Court, and upon conviction, be subjected to the appropriate penalties and punishments as prescribed by law.
