Citizens of Zuhlgan, esteemed members of the Divine Committee, and the international community,
Today, I stand before you to address a matter of utmost gravity that threatens the stability and sanctity of our Holy Dominion. After careful consideration and thorough investigation, it is with great regret that I announce the expulsion of the Krauanagazan Ambassador, Naka Kapalan, from our divine land.
Our decision is not made lightly, but in the face of compelling evidence, it has become imperative to take a firm stance against foreign interference in our internal affairs. The Krauanagazan Ambassador has been found engaging in espionage activities, attempting to undermine the foundations of our divine governance.
The charges against Ambassador Kapalan include:

Zuhlgan cannot and will not tolerate such actions. The expulsion of Ambassador Kapalan is a necessary step to protect our sacred dominion from foreign influence that seeks to sow discord within our borders.
Furthermore, we demand an immediate apology from the Krauanagaz Federation for the unacceptable behavior of their ambassador. In addition, we call upon the Krauanagazan authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and bring criminal charges against Ambassador Kapalan for his blatant violation of our sovereignty.*
