These territories— wrongfully severed in the era of imperial meddling— are home to peoples and lands that share deep cultural, spiritual, and economic ties to Zuhlgan.
This strategic realignment is a necessary response to persistent threats in the region, including lawlessness, environmental mismanagement, and the unchecked exploitation of sacred resources. The Dominion is committed to securing and developing the region responsibly—beginning with long-overdue exploration of its mineral and energy potential, to be carried out under international ecological standards.
Contrary to the inflammatory rhetoric circulating in foreign media, Zuhlgan’s actions are neither hostile nor opportunistic. They are the fulfillment of long-standing obligations to safeguard our people’s access to security, energy, and shared heritage.
The Holy Dominion invites all responsible regional stakeholders to engage in dialogue— grounded in respect, history, and reality.
