Statement on Okhoa Referendum
The Zuhlgani government is committed to fostering dialogue, stability, and progress for all regions within its borders, including Okhoa. In alignment with these principles, we are announcing the framework for a forthcoming referendum on Okhoa’s political and administrative status, which will take place next year.
This referendum is a pivotal moment for the people of Okhoa and the Zuhlgani state as a whole. It provides an opportunity to democratically determine the future relationship between Okhoa and the rest of Zuhlgan. The ballot will offer several pathways, carefully designed to reflect a wide range of perspectives and aspirations, ensuring that all voices are heard.
The options include:
- Maintaining the current administrative structure.
- Increasing Okhoa’s autonomy within Zuhlgan through enhanced suzerainty.
- Establishing Okhoa as a fully autonomous entity with symbolic ties to Zuhlgan.
- Scheduling a follow-up referendum to consider full independence.
- Restructuring into a confederate status with shared governance.
- Full integration of Okhoa into Zuhlgani governance.
Each of these options represents a distinct vision for the future, and it is now up to the people of Okhoa to express their will through this democratic process.
We recognize the importance of ensuring a fair, transparent, and peaceful referendum. The Zuhlgani government, alongside independent observers, will work to safeguard these principles, respecting the outcome of the vote as a step toward lasting stability and mutual understanding.
The Holy Dominion reaffirms its dedication to upholding the rights of all citizens, fostering dialogue, and building a shared future rooted in unity and respect.

By the divine light, we will continue to protect and preserve the integrity of our Holy Dominion.
