All jokes aside, I can definitely feel that. I had muted lampshade bar for a few months and came back to find infinite counting games. Sometimes as a community we just latch onto the joke and won’t let it go

To be honest I can’t remember if I said it anywhere or just thought it but after discovering the state of TNP’s forum around 4-5 years ago and seeing the entire thing was just counting until X person posts, I was pretty happy that ours wasn’t like that (this was around the time of the old server) but it soon became clear that we were just regressing into low effort counting stuff. (That being said I made one of those in the old forums but that was an attempt to bring in more activity since I was the only active person at the time)
I’m gonna try and bring some slightly more creative stuff from the NS forums to hopefully diversify things a bit.
In the meantime, 1

I mean counting games are a really great way to get points but it does get so repetitive and boring after a while
