This was created because the too many articles in The Constitution II. The constitution III is a sort of reset(note : The Constitution II is still on going).

Article I : Principle of South Pacific :

Section 1: The South Pacific is a democracie
Section 2: The official languages of South Pacific are English, French and Spanish (The 3 most talk languages in the world) that mean if an article is writted in one of these 3 languages they can’t be repeal because its not english.

Section 3: The official dessert in the South Pacific is Cake.

Article 2: as per article 1812 of Constitution 2, the Constitution of TSP shall return to that topic

Article III: The Constitution III have no link to the Constitution II that mean they are two different constitution in a parallel world. Article 2 is null and void then.
