I was at a counter protest when a Christian group protested a talk at my university. Also been to a few candleight vigils at police stations but nothing too serious.

Yup, I volunteer regularly at a local arts org and an animal shelter.

I have cats, and occasionally have fostered additional cats for a local animal rescue, until they can get adopted out.
