This is an amendment to general legislation, according to the Legislative Procedure Act requiring a majority greater than 50% to pass.

Whistleblower Protection Act

1. Defining a Whistleblower

(2) A whistleblower’s report made in good faith must be made with reasonable concern about another group or individual’s behavior, whether the given claims are valid or not. An individual who reports with malicious intent and/or bad faith is not protected as a whistleblower.

(2) (3) An anonymous whistleblower will be defined as an individual who performs the actions of a whistleblower anonymously.
