I have multiple areas of focus in the integration domain. There has been a massive problem revolving around the lack of new faces getting involved. This might be due to the lack of options when it comes to being a part of the government. This agenda plans to resolve this prevalent issue.
More Government Placements
Heliseums plan to allow people to apply for lesser positions within the government is a crucial part of this plan. Implementing an ambassador program for Foreign Affairs and a newspaper team and an events team for culture is a perfect way to get people more involved and feel more prevalent within our government.
Training
Allowing people to join these positions still won’t be enough. We can’t expect people to put effort into their roles if we aren’t willing to put some effort in back. That’s why I plan on implementing training for new members who join these roles. I plan on moving this training past just the designated roles as well by adding anyone willing to the domestic advisory to train them in regional decision-making.
Wizard Changes
In terms of allowing people to join these roles, we plan on making changes to the forum wizard to make the roles more accessible. Adding in options to join programs, such as the ambassador program, should increase the chances of people joining them as the process is made readily available to them upon joining, rather than them having to locate them on their own.
RMB Recruitment
To integrate those from the RMB into our government, the plan is to improve how we communicate to them. Such plans include a possible second-day telegram that outlines to new foundings what they can join and why they should join. The reason for this coming on the second day is to avoid overwhelming them with information along with all the other recruitment telegrams they receive on their first day. Though not confirmed, a possible bot that welcomes new foundings on the RMB could be implemented. Having it send a message out every 10 foundings should avoid any spam that may arise.
Updating Outdated Factbooks
We also have an issue with some of our factbooks/dispatches being outdated. The plan here is to get us back on track with updating them and ensuring that any changes that happen during the term are added to these factbooks at a reasonable time.
