Well, if people in the region feel that certain rules are unfair, inappropriate or deserve to be better rewritten, they have the right to propose a change, and even if it involves other spheres. Of course, we cannot directly interfere with the work of the Moderators, but the laws they apply are ours to make. We make the rules for the region.
There is no harm in bringing these rules into Charter, even if it involves other laws. The Charter only gives a general idea, as I set out to do to avoid double interpretations.
They most certainly aren’t. Moderators enforce the Community Standards as written by them and administrators, not the laws written by the Assembly.
